Konstantinos Karamatzianis is Co-Founder of Dabster Labs and an Electrical and Electronics Engineer. He has delivered industrial automation with Siemens TIA Portal and PLC, with projects at the NIMTS hospital in Athens and the ION chocolate factory as an engineer with another company. He brings a strong background in Customer Experience and business operations, with hands-on experience designing client records (CRM) and customer-experience systems that reduce admin work and lift retention for service-led businesses.
At Dabster Labs, he leads discovery, scoping, and process design, the work that decides what’s worth automating before any code is written. He continues to work at CX Financia and is an HRDA-certified Lifelong Learning Trainer (ANAD Level 5).
Theodora Christou
Electrical & Computer Engineer · HRDA Certified Trainer (Level 5)
Theodora Christou is Co-Founder of Dabster Labs and an Electrical & Computer Engineer specialising in machine learning, neural networks, prediction, and pattern classification. She combines academic and applied engineering experience with production programming across the stack.
At Dabster Labs, she leads the technical build: machine-learning workflows, API integrations, and the production engineering that keeps automations running reliably over time. She continues to work at Centre8 Education on AI-driven educational solutions and is an HRDA-certified Lifelong Learning Trainer (ANAD Level 5).
