What this covers
This Cookie Policy explains how Dabster Labs Ltd ("we", "our", "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website (dabsterlabs-ai.cy). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device on return visits and remember information about your preferences. Similar technologies, web beacons (tracking pixels), local storage, session storage, are used the same way and are covered by this policy under the same term "cookies".
Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the website to function. They are typically set in response to actions you take, such as filling in a form or recording your cookie preferences. They do not store any personally identifiable information and cannot be switched off.
- cookie_consent stores your cookie consent decision so the banner does not reappear on every page. Set by Dabster Labs. Duration: 30 days.
- PHPSESSID maintains your session state across page loads (e.g. when submitting the contact form). Set by WordPress. Duration: session.
Only after Accept all
By default, no analytics cookies are set on our website. We only load Google Analytics if you click "Accept all" on our cookie banner. If you choose "Essential only", or take no action at all, none of the cookies below are placed on your device, and no analytics data is collected about you.
- _ga distinguishes unique users by assigning a randomly generated client identifier. Set by Google Analytics, only after Accept all. Duration: 2 years.
- _ga_* stores and counts page views for this property. Set by Google Analytics, only after Accept all. Duration: 2 years.
- _gid distinguishes users for short-term aggregate reporting. Set by Google Analytics, only after Accept all. Duration: 24 hours.
Google Analytics is operated by Google LLC (United States). We have enabled IP anonymisation, so your full IP address is never stored on Google's servers. You can opt out across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Voice biometric storage
Our website includes an optional AI voice assistant powered by ElevenLabs. The assistant is gated behind an explicit consent dialog: nothing is recorded, transmitted, or stored until you click "I agree, start conversation" inside the consent modal. If you grant consent, your decision is stored in your browser's session storage so the dialog does not reappear on every page within the same tab.
- dabsterVoiceConsent records your voice-consent decision (granted or declined) so the consent dialog does not reappear within the same tab. Stored in sessionStorage by Dabster Labs. Duration: session (cleared when tab closes).
- dabsterVoiceConsentAt ISO timestamp of your consent decision, kept for our demonstrability records. Stored in sessionStorage. Duration: session.
If you grant consent, the ElevenLabs widget JavaScript is loaded from unpkg.com and a connection is established to ElevenLabs (United States) to transmit your microphone audio. Voice recordings and transcripts are subject to a 30-day retention period, see our Privacy Policy for full details.
Who else gets a peek
Our website may include resources from third-party services. These services may set their own cookies or process your IP address as part of normal HTTP requests.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this website. Google may log requests as part of its standard infrastructure logging. Google Privacy Policy.
- unpkg.com delivers the ElevenLabs voice widget script. Loaded only after you grant voice consent (see section 04).
- ElevenLabs provides the voice assistant. A connection is established only after you grant voice consent. ElevenLabs Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare DDoS protection and edge caching for our hosting infrastructure. May process your IP address as part of standard request routing. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
How to opt out
Withdrawing consent. Under GDPR Article 7(3), withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time by:
- Clicking the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of any page (re-opens the cookie banner).
- Clearing your browser cookies for this site, the banner will reappear on your next visit.
- Emailing info@dabsterlabs-ai.cy to request manual deletion of any analytics records associated with you.
Voice-assistant consent (see section 04) is per-session by design, closing the browser tab automatically clears it, and consent is re-asked on your next visit.
Browser-level controls. Most browsers also let you refuse or accept cookies through their settings:
Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of this website and others.
Why we're allowed to
Strictly necessary cookies are placed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating a functional website. Analytics cookies and the voice assistant rely on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Voice recordings additionally rely on Article 9(2)(a) (explicit consent for special category biometric data).
Our full legal-basis matrix is in our Privacy Policy.
