CRM software in Cyprus 2026: 7 options compared on price, Greek, EU hosting and invoicing
Dabster Labs · Last updated 23 October 2026
Most CRM comparisons are written for American sales teams. A business in Cyprus or Greece has different questions: does it speak Greek, where does the customer data live, can it issue an invoice with Cypriot VAT, and will anyone local pick up the phone when it breaks. Here are seven options we meet most often in Cyprus, compared on those questions, with list prices from October 2026. Prices change and promotions come and go, so treat the numbers as the shape of the market and check the vendor page before you sign.
The seven options at a glance
| CRM | List price per user, per month (annual billing) | Greek interface | EU data hosting | Invoicing | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HubSpot | Free CRM; Starter from about 9 to 20 depending on region and promotion | No | Yes, EU data centre on request | Basic, no Cyprus VAT logic | Marketing-led teams that want everything in one place |
| Zoho CRM | Free up to 3 users; Standard about 14 (USD), Professional 23, Enterprise 40 | No | Yes, EU data centres | Via Zoho Books, separate subscription | Price-sensitive teams that live inside Zoho |
| Pipedrive | Lite about 14, Growth 39, Premium 49 to 59, Ultimate 79 (EUR) | No | Yes, Frankfurt | No native invoicing | Pure sales pipelines, small teams |
| Odoo | Standard 19.90, Custom about 35 after the 2026 increase (EUR); Community edition free, self-hosted | Yes, community translation | Yes, Belgium and EU regions | Full invoicing and accounting modules | Businesses that want CRM plus invoicing plus stock in one system |
| Salesforce | Starter Suite about 25 (USD); Professional and above much higher | No | Yes, EU regions | Via add-ons or partners | Larger companies with an admin on staff |
| Dolibarr (open source) | Free; you pay for hosting and whoever maintains it | Yes, community translation | Wherever you host it | Full invoicing, proposals, contracts | Small firms with a technical partner |
| Managed open source CRM (Dabster Labs) | Quoted in writing after the process audit | Yes | Yes, dedicated EU server per client | Full invoicing, set up for Cyprus VAT and reverse charge | Firms that want their own system without running it |
Prices are the vendors’ published list prices in October 2026, rounded, per user per month on annual billing. USD where the vendor does not publish euro prices for Cyprus. Monthly billing is usually 15 to 25 percent more. Free tiers have limits on users, records or features that most businesses hit within months.
The question that decides it: who runs it
Every CRM in the table can store contacts and deals. The difference a Cyprus business feels after six months is not the feature list, it is who keeps the thing alive: who imports the spreadsheet properly, connects the email, sets the pipeline stages, trains the two people who will actually use it, and fixes it when WhatsApp stops syncing. With a cloud CRM that person is you, or an hourly consultant. With open source it is whoever hosts it. With a managed CRM it is the provider, under a written agreement.
Cloud CRMs: HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Salesforce
Fast to start, polished, and the per-user price looks small until you count users and add-ons. Three things to check before you commit a Cyprus team:
- Greek: none of the four has a Greek interface. Your team works in English, which is fine for many Cyprus offices and a real obstacle for others. Customer-facing text (emails, forms) can be Greek in all of them.
- Data location: all four offer EU hosting, but it is often a choice made at signup and hard to change later. Ask for it explicitly and get the data processing agreement in writing.
- Invoicing: HubSpot and Pipedrive expect you to invoice elsewhere. Zoho needs Zoho Books. If you want proposals, invoices and the client file in one place, you are already looking at Odoo or open source.
Odoo: the all-in-one that grew up in Europe
Odoo is Belgian, prices in euros, has a Greek translation and does invoicing, stock and accounting in the same system. The Standard plan is still 19.90 per user per month; the Custom plan rose by about 20 percent in 2026 to roughly 35. The trade-off is weight: Odoo is an ERP that includes a CRM, so a three-person firm pays in complexity for modules it never opens. The free Community edition exists, but then you are self-hosting and back to the question of who runs it.
Dolibarr and managed open source: your own system, without the server room
Dolibarr is open source, free to install, speaks Greek, and handles proposals, invoices and contracts out of the box. We run it ourselves. The honest downside is that someone technical has to install it, back it up, update it and connect it to your email and tools. That is exactly what a managed CRM is: the same open source system on a server in the EU dedicated to you, kept updated and backed up by us, with your invoicing set up for Cyprus VAT and the reverse charge rules for Greek clients, and your automations (lead capture, reminders, WhatsApp, AI assistant) wired in. You keep full access to your data and can take the whole thing with you; the price is written in the proposal, not on a per-user meter. What it includes and how we price it is on the pricing page.
How to choose in three questions
- Will the team use it in Greek? If yes, you are choosing between Odoo, Dolibarr and a managed CRM. If English is fine, all seven are open.
- Do you want invoices and proposals in the same system as the client file? If yes, Odoo, Dolibarr or managed. If you already invoice elsewhere and are happy, a cloud CRM is lighter.
- Who will run it for the next three years? If the answer is “nobody in particular”, pick the option where running it is part of the deal: a cloud CRM with a consultant on retainer, or a managed CRM.

Frequently asked questions
Is a free CRM enough for a small Cyprus business?
For one or two people tracking a few dozen leads, often yes. The limits bite when you add a third user, want automation, or need the email history attached to the client. Budget for the paid tier from the start so the move is not a surprise.
Can I move my data out later?
All seven export contacts and deals to CSV. What rarely moves cleanly is history: emails, notes, attachments, automations. Decide early, because the second migration is always the expensive one.
Does GDPR require the CRM to be hosted in the EU?
Not strictly, but EU hosting with an EU provider removes the transfer paperwork entirely. With a US vendor hosting in the EU you still have a transfer to document, because the company is subject to US law. For a firm handling health, legal or financial data, EU-only is the simpler path.
Can the CRM issue invoices with Cypriot VAT and reverse charge for Greek clients?
Odoo, Dolibarr and a managed CRM can, once the tax rules are set up. HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce expect a separate invoicing tool. Zoho does it through Zoho Books.
The next step
If you are not sure which column you are in, the process audit maps where client information enters your business today, where it gets retyped and where it gets lost, and ends with a written recommendation: which CRM, why, and what it will cost to set up, with a fixed price before you sign.
